Assessement Center

We have developed complex products incorporating various personnel assessment tools to meet our clients’ needs. We offer the following assessment tools:

Feedback 360º survey - provides information on employee efficiency using information gathered from the workplace. The entire cycle is done through an on-line system. Results are then presented in a personalized report during a feedback session with a CBSD consultant. It is possible to lease the 360-online system for a certain period of time, which allows participants to carry-out a Feedback 360 assessment independently and with significant savings.


Testing
CBSD administers various types of testing:
• Qualification testing
• Personality testing
• Testing for analytical skills
• Before- and after-training questionnaire/testing


Testing can be done as an independent form of assessment or as part of a complex solution. CBSD possesses usage rights for licensed tests with a multi-year proven approbation: Belbin, DISC, MAINTEST

Evaluating training effectiveness– allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of your training based on the following criteria: general satisfaction, level of mastery, change in behavior, etc.

Advantages:
Pre-training assessment allows us to plan a tailored development program for participants;
• Post-training assessment allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of your training in the format of a follow-up session, where participants have an opportunity to demonstrate their acquired knowledge and skills in a business case study.

Coaching session and interview – this could be both an independent tool and part of an assessment/development program (Feedback 360º survey, training program). We offer the following:
Competency interview (to assess current capabilities);
• Complex diagnostic interview (in-depth personality analysis);
• Feedback session (based on the results of the Feedback 360º survey – incorporates elements of coaching focused on development)
