International HR Certifications

CBSD is recognized as the leading provider of international level Human Resource training within the CIS. CBSD is now the exclusive provider of human resource programs from two internationally recognized institutes: WorldatWork, The Professional Association for Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

The WorldatWork Global Remuneration Program (GRP) is designed for Compensation & Benefits Managers. It is carried out in Russian. The course consists of 8 independent courses so that participants control their own preparation schedule.
WorldatWork offers three global certificate options to help you build toward the professional certification GRP.

The Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification is intended for HR professionals who develop and implement global HR strategies, manage HR operations overseas, oversee international assignment management and who have at least two years of exempt-level (professional) HR work experience.
