Corporate and Open Enrollment ProgramsOpen enrollment courses are regularly scheduled business training courses intended for both individuals and groups. These courses are a great way to learn from peers, network and problem-solve with employees from other companies, and gain a competitive advantage in the workplace. Like all programs offered at CBSD, these courses are based on hands-on practice with time-proven techniques and instructor feedback. Participants will learn to improve their personal efficiency, work interactively with others, and discover their individual talents as specialists and leaders. All open enrollment courses are listed below. While these are our standard courses, we are always happy to modify these programs, or develop customized programs, at a client’s request. Since opening in 1994, we have been continuously developing and offering a wide range of comprehensive training courses in the field of management and leadership. Many of our Management and Leadership courses are supported by our strategic partners, who have provided material that our trainers and experts have built into programs in a way that focuses on the needs of professionals working in Russia. Our programming has evolved, along with our market experience, to a stage where we are now able to effectively educate and train both introductory and senior level managers. Our Management and Leadership programs are intended to provide clients with general, long-term development solutions or can be focused on specific skills in need of development. Completing a project on time, and remaining in budget, is one of the most formidable tasks faced by managers today. The success of a project hinges on careful planning, organizing, monitoring, team selection, analysis of cost-performance, minimizing risk, effectively delegating responsibilities, managing the flow of communication, understanding project dynamics etc…CBSD has a range of project management courses that meet the diverse needs of organizations and are effective across industries. CBSD has a range of programs designed to increase the effectiveness of introductory personnel and those new to the job, requiring new skills, or moving up in the workplace. Our sales courses were developed for both individuals and organizations. The ability to communicate and circulate information across a sales department is a key business advantage, ensuring that employees at different levels have solid and uniform understanding of general information, tasks, projects, etc. Our marketing courses focus on the most important areas of marketing. We also devote time to developing the core skills required for those who work in entry to mid-level marketing. Our finance programs are intended to provide a firm understanding of basic finance to those who are exposed to finance on a regular basis or would like to use financial information to improve their effectiveness on the job. Our accounting programs were developed to provide participants with a solid understanding of accounting and its priciples, information that takes on special significance in Russia's developing economy. CBSD works with international professionals to deliver U.S. university credits in Accounting (Thunderbird Accounting Foundations) and internationally recognized certifications (CPA, CMA). Through our strategic partnerships, we provide human resource development programs throughout the CIS. We are now the exclusive provider of human resource programs from three internationally recognized institutes: The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM); Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management; WorldatWork, The Professional Association for Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards. Business simulation is a relatively new training method, allowing participants to put business rules into practice in simulated situations. Many experts believe business simulations to be the future of training. The format of business simulations allows participants to not only to acquire theoretical knowledge, but pratice implemeting this knowledge on the spot. Through simulations, participants can sort through a variety of causes and consequences influencing business development that are not always possible on the job. |
