Business-SimulationsCBSD/Thunderbird Russia, in cooperation with Eagle’s Flight, offers simulation games directed toward the Russian market – they include exclusive solutions for trainings, seminars and corporate events. Games are designed to address strategy development, rallying a group around corporate values, improvement of internal communication and personal efficiency. Since 2006 nearly 2,000 participants from more than 40 companies have taken part in these business-simulations.
With the Real Time Case Method, CBSD trainers develop and write a business case based on the actual facts and business realities of a client company. The goals of this approach are to expose and address critical problems within the client’s organization as well as to search for and identify new areas for development. In the process, new knowledge may be acquired regarding both the company itself and overall problem solving strategies. Throughout the process team building takes place. The underlying concept for the Real Time Case Method is that employees frequently have their own views regarding the important organizational problems faced within a company, and can therefore offer differing and dynamic strategies for how these problems may be solved. By combining views from various company-wide departments into one case study, using a series of interviews and analyzing company materials, management and CBSD trainers maximize the intellectual resources within the client organization itself. Subsequent facilitation of the case study with client participants generates interesting and authentic ideas as well as actual solutions which can be implemented. |
